Christopher S. Yoo is a professor of Law, Communication, and Computer and Information Science at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and founding director of the Center for Technology, Innovation, and Competition.〔http://www.law.upenn.edu/academics/institutes/ctic/index.html〕 He is well known for his work on technology law, media law and copyright, in which field he is among the most frequently cited authors.〔http://www.leiterrankings.com/faculty/2008faculty_impact.shtml〕 He has written extensively on the regulation of the Internet, the economics of copyright and imperfect competition. Yoo is one of the most vocal skeptics of network neutrality, favoring an alternative approach that he calls "network diversity." He has also studied the history of the unitary executive in the United States. ==Education and early career== Professor Yoo got his undergraduate education at Harvard University (cum laude), where he was a National Merit Scholar. He then moved to the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, where he completed the MBA program, and in 1995 he graduated from Northwestern University School of Law (magna cum laude). Following his graduation he clerked for Judge Arthur Raymond Randolph of the United States Court of Appeals and for Supreme Court justice Anthony Kennedy. He has also practiced law with Hogan & Hartson in Washington, DC.
